Balance Changes

• Blind weaken reduced from 30% to 20%. Now also reduces Power by 10%.

• Hobble slow increased from 50% to 60%.

• Infection healing reduction increased from 20% to 30%.

 

Assassin

• Dash duration increased from 3 to 5 seconds. Cooldown increased from 12 to 15 seconds. No longer restores 20 energy.

 

Champion

• Sprint no longer breaks movement impairing debuffs. Cooldown reduced from 11 to 10 seconds.

 

Elder

• Corrosive Asp damage increased from 592 to 834.

• Grasping Vines mana cost increased from 175 to 220.

 

Lich

• Abyssal Spike Stun duration increased from 1 to 1.2 seconds.

• Acid Rain Damage dealt increased from 443 to 563.

• Parasite now Steals 208 life every second.

• Terrify cooldown reduced from 8 to 7 seconds.

 

Nihilist

• Lingering Demise no longer reduces magic resist and no longer damages all enemy players. Cooldown increased from 7 to 18 seconds. Damage dealt for every second debuff is active increased from 151 to 309. Now triggers when dispelled.

• Mind Leech reworked: Allies Steal life equal to 4% of damage they deal to affected target.

• Orb Of Wisdom Cooldown increased from 0 to 20. Duration reduced from 20 seconds to 4 seconds. Now restores 100 mana when created, increasing by 25 each second thereafter.

• Siphon Mana Reworked: allies steal mana equal to 2% of damage they deal to affected target. Cast time reduced from 1 second to instant.

 

Paladin

• Paladin Basic attack reduced from 894 to 854.

• Angelic Strike no longer applies guardian shield. Now deals 6% of target’s current health. bonus damage based on their current health.

• Blazing Slash damage reduced from 1057 to 983.

• Crusaders Fury damage dealt reduced from 143 to 76. Removes Heavens Guidance on use.

• Divine Light mana cost increased from 275 to 320,

• Heavens Guidance now removes Crusaders Fury on use. Healing power bonus reduced from 15% to 5%. Cooldown reduced from 25 to 15 seconds. Mana returned when casting Divine Light increased from 80 to 120.

• Immortality no longer increases healing received by 10%.

• Sear bonus damage from burning duration reduced from 300 to 266.

 

Ranger

• Aether shot mana burn increased from 40 to 55. Cast time increased from instant to 0.75.

• Hobbling Arrow cooldown reduced from 3 to 0 seconds. Hobble duration reduced from 4 to 3 seconds. Energy cost reduced from 55 to 40. Damage reduced from 1122 to 1026..

• Nightmare Shot cooldown increased from 10 to 18 seconds. Fear duration increased from 1.5 to 2.5 seconds. Cast time decreased from 0.5 seconds to instant.

• Poisonous Shot now also has a 25% chance to apply Blind for 3 seconds.

• Quicksand now applies Hobble instead of Quicksand. Now also has a 25% chance every second to apply Grasping Vines for 1 second. Energy cost increased from 25 to 35.

• Silencing Shot now deals 341 bonus physical damage when interrupting an ability.

• Vigor cooldown reduced from 22 to 11 seconds. Energy gain reduced from 20 to 10. Duration decreased from 2 to 1 second.

 

Scholar

• Armageddon no longer does ramping damage. Now deals 1057 damage per second. Mana cost increased from 225 to 315.

• Gospel of Defiance now ends after receiving a total of 2000 damage.

• Gospel of Purity cooldown increased from 12 to 16 seconds.

• Immortality no longer increases healing received by 10%.

• Rite of Passage mana cost increased from 135 to 235.

• Silence duration decreased from 2 to 1 second.

• Transfer Life damage reduction decreased from 15% to 5%.

 

Wizard

• Counterspell cooldown increased from 16 to 22.

 

Bug Fixes

• (High Priority) Fixed a bug that caused spells to sometimes not be castable after immediately using a spell that was off GCD.

• Fixed several tooltips.

• Fixed a graphical duration bug for Orb Of Absolution: Corrected to last 4 seconds.
