Kazaar Arena pillars have been adjusted with the intent of making positioning easier on healers at the start of games.
• Trinket of Resolve cooldown reduced from 75 to 60 seconds.
ARMOR
• Cloth base stats increased from 250 to 300. (+2.76% damage reduction)
• Leather base stats increased from 350 to 400. (+2.42% damage reduction)
• Plate base stats increased from 500 to 550. (+2.02% damage reduction)
MAGIC RESIST
• Cloth base stats increased from 200 to 225. (+1.50% damage reduction)
• Leather base stats increased from 150 to 175. (+1.62% damage reduction)
• Plate base stats increased from 100 to 125. (+1.74% damage reduction)
Assassin
• Maximum Health increased from 12750 to 13250.
• Daze Stun durations decreased from 2.0 → 1.8 seconds and 3.0 → 2.8 seconds respectively.
• Temple Strike Incapacitate durations decreased from 2.5 → 2.3 seconds and 3.5 → 3.3 seconds respectively.
• Slap when used out of Stealth now also applies Bleeding for 2 seconds.
Champion
• Maximum Health increased from 14500 to 14750.
• Coward area of effect increased from 20 to 25 yards.
• Decapitate bonus damage per Rage point decreased from 0.8% to 0.7%.
• Enduring Warcry grants 5 Rage per ally hit instead of automatically generating 15 Rage.
• Resounding Warcry grants 10 Rage per enemy hit instead of automatically generating 30 Rage.
Elder
• Maximum Health increased from 12000 to 12500.
• Mending Spirit burst amount healed and mana cost increased by 8%.
• Remedy amount healed and mana cost increased by 12%.
• Revitalize burst heal and mana cost increased by 8%.
• Serenity amount healed increased by 18% and mana cost increased by 8%.
• Soothe cooldown reduced from 25 to 18 seconds.
• Spirit Wolf mana cost increased from 30 to 100.
• Symbiosis amount healed increased by 8%.
Lich
• Maximum Health increased from 11500 to 12250.
• Miasma damage received from all sources increased from 24 to 28.
• Parasite cast time increased from instant to 0.75 seconds.
• Underworld Armor attribute values reduced by 30%
Mystic
• Maximum Health increased from 11000 to 11750.
• Divination now grants 50 bonus mana when using basic attack. Increases Power by 10%.
• Blackout area of effect increased from 20 to 25 yards.
• Blessing: Sun and Moon cooldown reduced from 3 to 0 seconds. Mana cost increased from 265 to 280. Now increases Armor by 56 and heals 328 every tick, lasting 7 seconds.
• Cleanse amount healed and mana cost increased by 16%.
• Healing Vision amount healed and mana cost increased by 12%.
• Spirit Form Silences the ally for 0.2 seconds when used. Duration increased from 1 to 2.5 seconds. Now ends upon using an ability. Cooldown increased from 16 to 20 seconds. Mana cost increased from 195 to 245.
• Temporal Barrier shield value increased by 5% and mana cost reduced from 365 to 340.
Nihilist
• Maximum Health increased from 12500 to 13000.
• Amalgamation no longer steals life from enemy players affected by incapacitate.
• Mind Leech Vampirism increased from 4 to 6%.
• Orb of Wisdom cooldown increased from 20 to 40 seconds.
• Siphon Mana Rift increased from 2% to 3%.
• Infuse base heal increase by 5% and mana cost increased by 10%.
• Shadow Affinity amount healed and mana cost increased by 10%.
• Orb of Replenishment amount healed increased by 6% and mana cost increased from 125 to 175.
• Spell Breaker shield value and mana cost increased by 10%.
Paladin
• Heaven’s Guidance now ignores global cooldown.
• Divine Light amount healed increased by 8% and mana cost increased by 4%.
• Stream of Light grace bonus healing increased by 20% and mana cost increased by 8%.
Ranger
• Maximum Health increased from 12750 to 13250.
• Hobbling Arrow now ignores global cooldown.
• Nightmare Shot also applies Blind for 5 seconds. Cooldown increased from 18 to 20 seconds.
• Poisonous Shot no longer has a chance to apply Blind.
• Rain of Arrows duration increased from 2 to 3 seconds.
Scholar
• Maximum Health increased from 10750 to 11500.
• Gospel of Defiance now causes the next source of damage that would deal over 1000 damage to be negated and dealt back to the attacker.
• Gospel of Harmony base healing reduced from 1066 to 933 and healing per second reduced from 272 to 234.
• Judgement now also hits all enemies within 15 yards of target.
• Transfer Life amount healed and mana cost increased by 12%.
• Silence now Interrupts all enemies, applying Silence for 1.5 seconds (up from 1 second) if a player was interrupted.
Wizard
• Maximum Health increased from 11250 to 12000.
• Ice Spikes Stun duration decreased from 2.0 → 1.8 seconds.
Minor Changes And Quality Of Life Improvements
• Rejuvenation Potion sound effect added.
• Scholar Silence can now be used without having a target.
Bug Fixes
• (High Priority) Fixed a bug that caused spell bar to unable to cast anything.
• (Medium Priority) Fixed a bug that caused players to be unhittable when next to line of sight objects.
• Quicksand now correctly applies Grasping Vines.
• Heavens Guidance invalid target bug fixed.
• Mind Leech now works.
• Siphon Mana now works.
• Siphon Mana tooltip coloring fixed.
