By creating an account or accessing Arena of Kings ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Each person may maintain one account. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
You agree not to: (a) use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other players; (c) engage in any activity that disrupts the Game or its infrastructure; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) engage in real-money trading of in-game items or accounts unless through officially sanctioned channels.
All content in Arena of Kings, including but not limited to game code, art, music, text, and design, is the property of Arena of Kings or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
Virtual items, currencies, and other in-game assets have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, delete, or adjust virtual items at any time. Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the Game community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena of Kings and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
